1. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 2-4 business days thereafter.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

4. Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact our customer service team immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

No. iCase Pro is exclusively for customers within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.

All orders are dispatched from our UK-based warehouse in Glasgow.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

Yes. In accordance with UK consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. This statutory right applies alongside our 30-day return policy.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item first. Once accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
